    Default Can temping predict AF?

I have only just started charting, and I have seen lots of successful charts and the temp rise (triphasic shift? Is that the right lingo?) but was wondering if there is any way to predict AF by temp? Does it drop? And suddenly or gradually?

Mine use to drop quite suddenly (ie. just above the cover line) about 1-2 days before AF...but I'm not sure if that's the same for everyone...

Mine dropped after AF - a few days in.
So I wasn't able to predict through temping.

Ah-ha! Thanks girls! And I got to see it for myself when I saw a big temp drop this morning then AF showed up this arvo. I'm enjoying getting to know how my body works and all these tiny changes I never noticed before.
