I'll answer one of your questions. Day one is the first day of full flow.... not spotting. Full flow could be light or heavy but it is a flow of blood not a spot here and there.

The other thing I can tell you is I've seen heaps of ladies in here that have late AF's that aren't pregnant. It's very common to have a longer cycle once in a while even if you are regular as clockwork.
