Hmmm... not an expert, but... If you O'd nearly 2 weeks ago, try a HPT to see what the results are. If it's negative, you might have just had a weird period. It also could have been implantation bleeding. I know I had it for a few days both my pregnancies before - so I didn't know I was pregnant for about 2 months both times!

If it's a BFN in a week from now, check with your Dr to see what he/she says about it - there's likely nothing, but that way you know FOR SURE.
