Cycles and tastes

Hi there all TTCs who are charting their cycle!

I have a question for you - do you notice your sense of taste or smell change with your cycle. eg. Are you sensitive to certain tastes or smells at different parts of your cycle? (either positively or negatively) I am really interested to know.

I have noticed I get a different taste in my mouth around AF time. But i cant say for certain as i havent paid much attention to this. I do suspect so though.

i haven't ever actually tracked it or even made the connection before, but there are certain times when i notice my sense of smell seems...weird. mostly after exercise - it's like my sense of smell is much stronger but not necessarily in a good way. now i'm going to have to take more notice & see if it's linked to a certain part of my cycle!

I tend to notice that my sense of smell is hightened after I ovulate. Not sure if it's "real" though, or if maybe I am just more aware of smells so that I can avoid anything potentially harmful to a baby...
