AF came today ladies.

Yes my temps are consistent, im a creature of habit! lol

The naturopath has done a great job though i had a 29 day cycle and a 13 day luteal phase. Last cycle was only 23 days and only a 7 day luteal phase. Cycle before that was 60 days with 3 weeks of AF! So maybe now ive been 're-set' it could be looking up. Im still a grouchy you know what today though! But thanks for the love everyone
