Yeah you usually have to be reasonably ill to affect when you ovulate and even then it will probably just delay it for a few days rather than cause you to skip altogether.

But you might find if you're temping that it's a bit all over since the the flu usually comes with a fever. Just rely on watching your CM if you have a temp.
