I have to say I think FF may have it wrong... I hope not tho. There are plenty of things you can do to increase you CM, grapefruit juice and I think there are some sups you can get that will help too... I know L-arginine is supposed to help, but it is quite pricey.

Also some sperm friendly lube such ad pre-seed or real egg whites will do the trick also.
