I probably should have mentioned that I have been using ff; but i dont know if it will account for the fact that im still bfeeding.... most sites that i have been to that are similar to ff seem to say that they cannot be used if your still bfeeding... I think thats why im a bit confused as to whether there is something different i should be doing than just the temp, cm and bd thing!
