I've tried to research on how to chart my cycle before but I just get lost... there seems to be so much information out there... so far all I've managed to chart is start date and type of flow through out it and when we DTD.

Any help or directly would be greatly appreciated

I recommend you go to the Fertility Friend website and do their free online charting course, and use their charting software. It makes it easy to understand what you're looking for and recording, and why, and helps you to interpret your results. The online course is about 5 minutes worth every day for about 2 weeks or so, and by the time you get to the end, you'll be far more confident. Good luck.

thanks ladies, I've just watched the slide shows which had great information in them... will sign up I think and check out their course. I have no idea on why I can't get my head around it
