Question Really high temp, not sure what to do??

    Hey all!!
This morning when taking my temp at the usual time, 7am, i noticed my temperature was high, REALLY high. I was expecting a rise in temperature, because i believe i may be ovulating today or may have ovulated yesterday. My temperature this morning was 38.4. I thought this was really weird, so did another temp about 1 min later, and got 38.45. I went back to sleep.
When i got up about 30 mins later to go to the loo, my head was hurting SO much that i felt dizzy and like i was going to throw up. I got back into bed and slept (or tried to)
at about 8:30 my DP asked me to take my temp again just out of curiosity, and i did, it was 37.75, which is still pretty high.
All day ive felt really yuk, with the headache, the dizziness and like i was going to throw up, ive also got a sore throat, but in the part of my throat that is behind my nose. I also started getting a stiff neck.
ANY WAY, my question is, do i discard the temperature on FF, or do i keep it and make a note of illness etc?? Im just really confused because its around O time, and its my first cycle using temping, and i dont want anything to mess it up
If any one could check out my chart, that would be good and tell me what you think. It just looks odd to me because of the high temp...

If you keep it, make a note of illness, and go on charting i think FF will discard it once your coverline has been established (i.e. when it drops a little but not back as low as pre-O in a few days). All in all i wouldn't worry about it, it means you don't know if you O'd yesterday or today, but do you really feel like BDing right now anyway?

Rest up, look after yourself and see what tomorrow's thermometer says.

Nope, ive been getting temps that low too Renstar.
I had a play around on my FF chart, and ive decided im going to keep it. If i dont have a temp in for today, im not going to have a ovulation day for, well over 6 days...posibly never for this cycle. And no matter what my temp for today is, it will say i ovulated yesterday, providing my temps for tomorrow and the day after are still higer than what they have been before ovulation.
