i haven't got 2 charts to compare, but its good if you have noticed the pattern before you O, if i keep temping properly hopefully i will notice a pattern in my chart too, best of luck this cycle, fingers crossed![]()
Hi ladies,
I have been temping for 2 months now, and I have just noticed (when overlaying my charts) that there is a pattern to the last 4 temps before I ovulate.
In the first cycle, my temps flattened at 36.5 for 4 days straight, with O on the 4th day.
This current cycle (my 2nd), my temps flattened at 36.4 for 4 days straight, with O on the 4th day again!
I was wondering if anyone has a distinct pattern to their temps leading up to O, and if this pattern can be used in conjunction with CM and OPK's to plan BD on the right days?
Check out my chart to see what I mean!

I feel pregnant in my second month of charting. When my period came that first month my temp stayed high right through it and well into the next cycle. I had no idea what to make of it at the time!
For me there was a def pattern but it was the opposite of what you would expect to see. Instead of a rise in temp 'after' ovulation, I got a big dip in temps 'before' O. Pretty cool actually, but since I have not charted again since I cant say whether it was just a random thing.
Good luck and keep an eye out for any patterns even if they are random! I'm sure they'd become more obvious the longer you chart (which hopefully wont be too long though!).
