hey mrsp, seems like we are in a similar situation...scary we are same age and got married same month, same year lol GOOD NEWS TODAY FOR ME! Looks like AF has returned.. i just this morning had brown-ness (sorry TMI) and boy oh boy was i happy! i sent DH a text and he called me to say "that is the best news i have had all day"
.... i am hoping it is the start of true AF and not just spotting... oh well i am just so stoked that my body is at least giving me signs that it might finally regulating itself
I am due to see my doc on tuesday regarding the results of my blood tests (check hormone levels) so i know he too will be very happy i have started bleeding again
i saw my naturopath on friday and she gave me some pills to try, said i could take these pills regardless of what comes up in my blood results.... ironically they have vitex in them so i am starting to think that these pills have helped...hmm strange but its just too much of a coincidence (have only taken 6 of these pills)
Anyway keep me posted on your progress... hoping your AF returns soon for you
