You got it! Temps drop 12-24 hours before AF arrives and if pregnant, they stay elevated. Having the flu may have played havoc with your temps though so dont give up hope just yet.
It's so hard to go by temps. Most months my temp didn't drop until AF had actually arrived, and then when I finally did get PG my temp kept going up and down. Just look at my final chart, It dropped and stayed down so I was sure I wasn't PG and so I was pretty shocked when i actualy got a BFP that month. Hag in there, I've got my fingers crossed for you!
feeb - sorry i can't help you, i'm in the same boat, and could have asked exactly teh same question. I can't explain what is going on, my temps have been a rollercoaster for the past week and I was bed ridden all last week, the days i actually felt better my temps rose, i would have thought it was the other way around, so I'm just as clueless as you as to what is going on.
good luck hon and I hope its not just the flu playing with your temp, but something else bfp wishes to you
Hi
I know with me my temps after O are up and then on the day of my af my temp has a dramatic temp drop. Are your charting through fertility friend? They have alot of info on temping and how it all works so check out their website its their name plus .com. Temping can be so frustrating! I hope you get your BFP.
