Wanting to start a chart! Dont know where to start!

Hi everyone
Im very new to this so please bear with me.

After unsucsefully concieving last month i would like to start a chart like everyone else as i can never tell when im ovulating and thought it might help my chances.

Except i have no idea what im doing and dont have a clue where to start

Please can someone help me?????

Amber, google "fertility friend". This is the site that most of us use for our charts.

What you need to do is take your temp every morning before getting up, before even talking so you can get a resting temperature. Other than that you chart your other fertile signs - mucus, cervix position, OPK readings etc.
