Yep, Centrelink said they hadn't submitted any usage since December. That call was made back in early January though, I don't know how if it has changed since then.

Nothing has changed in the way of her care; no holidays or anything; her days changed, from 2 days to 4 days (for 1 week) to 3 days per week, but I can't see why that would cause an issue; and she moved from Nursery to Toddler room in early November, but again I can't see why that would cause an issue; it is supposed to be cheaper in Toddler room anyway.

The most frustrating thing for me was that twice now I have been told that my fees should be $112 per week, but their system keeps throwing up $145, and they don't know why. Obviously there is a problem there!! but they don't seem inclined to fix it.

Last time I spoke to the centre director she said 'yep, all fixed, you owe $60' and when I asked what the weekly fees were, she gave me the same wrong amount I had been getting; the one she had told me three days earlier, was wrong!!

I get weekly statements, but I will be asking on Monday for a full statement showing everything from November onwards; I'm also writing a letter so I've got something in writing this time, rather than just a phone call.
