CC selling up to new owners...

i couldnt find an FDC to take DD as often as i wanted to i went and checked out a few (ok, alot!) of CC's. found one i LOVE and DD loved it too, and they have the days available that i want etc...
but
i went online just to do abit of reserch about them and it says that the Cuddles company has gone under and is for sale...what im worried about is that it will suddenly close down, or the new owners will get new staff?

does anyone know how that sort of thing works? i know ABC shut down alot of centres...

It would be very unusual for the new owners not offer the staff to stay on !! I wouldn't worry to much about it..

Staff normally stay on, unless there is a dramatic change in conditions. But if it's a private enterprise that is up for sale, their conditions were most likely rubbish int he first place, so it would be very unlikely for them not to stay on.
Most changes will be slow and mostly cosmetic.
