This is Scouts fourth week in daycare now. He goes two days a week for some social time and mummy time for me.
He loves it. Even the very first day he was a little hesitant but happily went off with one of his teachers to the swing and waved goodbye.
Every week he has bound out of the car and tried to kiss me goodbye at the door before we had even got inside.
Today though, he didnt want to get out to the car. He clung to me once inside and then starting crying while I was putting his nappies away.
I tried to comfort him but he just wanted to be held which is a bit hard for me at the moment, my big belly gets in the way.
He happily went to one of his teachers and snuggled into her shoulder sobbing, at which point I was starting to lose it so I gave him a big kiss and had to leave.
Then stood outside the door a blubbering mess.
I rung as soon as I got home and he was fine, playing happily as I knew he would be but man dont you hate it when they do that??
Pulls at my heartstrings and makes me feel horrible for the day. I still feel awful now even though I know he is ok.
Urrggghhhhh men!!!
