I'm a kinder teacher but I've never really had any experience with cluster managed kindergartens. I have a work friend who is thinking about leaving her role with the council we work for and going for a job with a cluster managed kinder closer to home but she's nervous about the change because she has only ever worked for Counci managed kinders too.
Has anyone worked or had dealings with cluster managed kinders? What was the support for management like? We're the kinders still well resourced? Were staff and children and families looked after?
