    Eltham College

Does anyone have any experience with their ELC 3/4yo kinder program??

we are seriously considering it for DD for kinder but just arnt 100% sure due to the fact it will take me a hour to do drop off in the morning and get to work, and the same at night...

is it selfish to be thinking of not putting her in somewhere purely because ill spend 2hrs a day in the car if DH or her nan cant pick her up?

We have done a personal tour and its very impressive, the facilities are amazing, the opportunities are fantastic and they seem very interested in working with each child's interests a d skills and adapting their plans around things like that. Their outside area was awesome, spewing I'm to big to test it out

Their staff were really nice and DD was allowed to interact with the children and have a turn of all of their activities as long as she wasn't altering someone's personal work (painting etc) they were great and included her in the tour and interacted with her as well as DH and I.

Yep OP they have a ELC center on the main school grounds and the kinder kids get taken to the primary library to borrow books and they get take to music lessons and PMP too.

I was very pro public anti private but now I'm very keen on EC for the whole kit and kaboodle, kinder-yr 12
