Getting half money back from preschool

Hi I have been told by centrelink that i'm eligible to get half the money back that i have paid towards DS preschool back. Has anyone done this? What do I need to do and where do I go? Thankyou in advance lol

if you have claimed child care benefit and you meet the criteria, it will be automatically paid

it will depend on the type of child care/preschool though - you may need to check if the preschool is approved or registered (they can tell you) - if it is approved, and you meet the work study training test, it will be payable - if it is registered, it won't

so - find out from preschool
then ring FAO and follow up whether you meet the requirements
