It means, he can't do 3yo kinder when he's 2 - I've got a March guy and he started in April. And then kinder suggested he was too young/not ready, so we waited a year anyway. See if they'll take him once he's 3. But if he waits a year, I know cc is expensive, but for him to have that extra year when he starts kinder and prep, for some kids (especially boys) it can be a massive advantage.
