lookin for kind help - how to start a carrer at cc

hi, I am a graduate in accounting. I am feeling that I do not really enjoy working at the office environment. I realised that i din't like it after I started work. a bit late though. I felt that I have the heart, compassion and patience towards kids. i have been sponsoring an african child over the past 12 months. i enjoyed playing games together with my 4 years old niece and teaching her wrtting words. Currently i am helping out with a child care for a church on sunday morning occationally. i love them, as they appeared so pure at heart, and cuttie. the kids there also brought me much joys.

however, i still wonder, whether a heart for children is enough for entering into cc . i migrated here from china so am afraid of language, communication, and cultral barrier though I am not afraid of learning new things. i don't know what other character or personalities that i should have to be a cc worker.

also, i am seeking kind suggestions about how i should start a new career in cc for my case. i am 26, came to australia in 2005, have been working for one year in a mortage coy. male.
