Sushee, friends of ours had a 24 weeker who is now nearly 2. Because he was so premmie his immunity isn't up to scratch so they decided to hire a nanny instead of using FDC or a child care centre. However, they wanted him to have social interation. So they nanny share, a little girl goes to their house and the nanny looks after both. It has worked really well and everyone involved is loving the arrangement. I think it's a great idea. HTH.
