Oh dear that boy sure loves his mummy! He probably just needs a bit if time to get used to the situation. It is worrying that he won't take food or water though. How is he when you leave him? What do the carers say? Is he like this when you leave him with his grandparents etc? I would think he will get used to it after a little while. You are doing the right thing taking it slowly. Don't stress about it. I'm thinking we will have similar issues with w when I am ready to put him on care. Gotta love our mummies boys!
