sleep at childcare

Hi, my little boy has just turned 12mnths., at home he has a morn sleep and an arvo sleep of about 1.5-2hrs each, it is great.

At day care, in Bris he ws having 2 x 40mins naps , which i was happy about, as we dont expect him to sleep great there. but the last mnth, they have been keeping him up, and even yest, they put him to bed for his 1st sleep at 2.10pm..other days it has been after he has eaten his lunch.. DH picks him up and doesnt ask why he hasnt bee put to bed earlier. maybe they have tried and he hasnt settled, so i am not happy, the poor little thing, then when he gets home, he cries and cries as he is so overtired. They have changed carers the last mnth, and the last girl used to settle him so good, where as this one does not seem to be coping as much.. I am off there today to get some answeres. i also have orientation at antoher ctr at the end of the week..
