    I would take her to get checked. It might be nothing, but it can be an indicator for some medical issues, so worth getting her checked out.

    I agree with the girls. I'd get her checked just to be on the safe side. UTI's aren't always accompained with stinging.

    Thanks ladies. WIll make an appt for her to see doc and will pre-empt it by taking a urine sample with us. I have never had urine infections (touch wood) so assumed that they were accompanied by a stinging sensation.

    When my neice was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes when she was 4 it was because my MIL noticed she was drinking heaps and always going to the toilet and having accidents again..

    so i would def. have it checked out and be happy when they say she is normal
