Definitely need to see a dentist. GPs are fairly clueless about dental stuff, although if you absolutely can't get into a dentist, then at least see the GP to get a script for ABs. It's good that it's draining, that's why it's not hurting her. She will possibly need some work done on this tooth, or worse case scenario, need it removed. It's best to keep it in place if possible, but that's not always the case unfortunately. It will likely just reinfect if left untreated, and next time could be more uncomfortable
for her.
