It doesn't sound bad. The reason I said that is not because it's bad per se to have an extraction, just that when baby teeth are removed too early, it can mess things up a bit for when the adult teeth are erupting. Which often leads a to a big orthodontic bill down the track! It's often preferable to have the tooth treated, and try and keep it in the mouth until it naturally exfoliates. But hey, if it needs to be removed for one reason or another, no big deal
