There were no pamphlets when Master 6 was diagnosed, or I never got any and due to doctors moving around, the continuity of care got left behind. I did find it too hard back then to change my diet, I guess I was selfish really in hindsight. I often regretted ending the bf journey so early with him, I refuse to give it up this time. If I had the time I'd research and make the resource but alas the hands are super full.

    How are you going Sair?
Wish I knew of some resources to send you but none of mine are aus based.
I found the first month or so the hardest. It definitely gets easier. You've just got to work out the safe products, find replacements for things, and build up a new batch of recipes and meal plans.
I've thought about writing a blog or building some sort of resource, but as you said my plate is a bit too full.
Pm me if you want to share ideas etc.
    Wishing you all the best.
Got to go help the kids now...
