Maybe her ears are sore? Poor little thing Terrible when you don't know what it is
That has crossed my mind too. The last time she had an infection (about a month ago) there were no signs at all. She was just not herself for about a week - no temp, no pulling at ears....if she stays like this ill def get her checked out in case it's another 'no signs infection'.
