She could have concussion...nausea, vomitting (or trying to vomit) can be a sign of concussion. It might be best to err on the side of caution and get her checked. Sorry I know that's not what you want to hear at this time of night
my first thought was also concussion. However, if she has a runny nose, when she's laying down flat, the mucous will run down her throat into her tummy - which will also make her gag. And if she's sick, that would have affected her balance earlier today. Had she been whimpering at all before her fall?
I would get her checked as a precaution but it's up to you.
Thanks so much ladies, didnt gt chance to post back last night as DD woke up ever ten mins!! we talked about taking her to the hospital if she got worse or was sick, but it turned into a bit bit of a temp and more of a cough than being sick so DH slept in bed with her and she is ok this morning, really stuffed up but fine. Thanks all for you replies.
