DS2 (12 days old) has oral thrush He's started nilstat and I've got Canisten cream.

What do I need to do to stop it reinfecting us? My thoughts:

No nappy rash yet, but I've heard it can cause nappy rash - should I strip wash his MCN's, just in case? Should I use sposies til it clears?

Should I use disposable breast pads til it clears? If I use cloth, will the Canisten cream affect them?

Anything else I need to do?
