    See your GP about dactaran, for your nipples. Apply it after a feed and there is no need to wash it off.

    you can get the daktarin oral gel over the counter at the chemist, you can put it on before feeds so bub gets some if he has the thrush in his mouth and keep it up a few more days after symptoms clear up. You can also meant to rub the gel in the baby's mouth 4 times a day

    Thanks - the chemist said they don't give the gel to babies this young as there's a risk of choking.

    What about strip washing his MCN's and whether the cream will affect my cloth breast pads? Anyone?
