I don't know much about it. I know the surgery can be risky, because of the proximity of the vessels, and that sometimes they will err on the side of caution and not remove the entire cyst because it is too dangerous, which means it is possible it will grow back and have to be operated on again in the future.

Also, it's branchial cyst. Don't worry - I always forget the 'n' as well.
