About 6 months ago my DD1 was the same. She just ALWAYS had a stuffy nose and her voice sounded all nasal, even though she wasn't sick. For some reason I decided to stop giving her milk to drink. She had only started having cows milk as a drink a few months before. She still has plenty of dairy and milk on her porridge even, but almost straight away it cleared up. Her voice is now normal. I wondered if it was a coincidence but I've tried giving her a cup and she gets all stuffy and snores again!
Anyway, just a thought!
