I would take her to a paediatric opthamologist.... Just to get it checked out properly. I have dd3 going to one as she has turned in eyes (hereditary). I just got a referral through my gp. If youre in S.E Melb, I can recommend one to you.

DH has something very similar to what you described. He has had it all his life and his mum did say it got more noticable as he got older. He says it is his beauty spot on his eye. I would get it looked at anyway, never hurts to get anything checked if their is any concern.
