Update: it's been approx 8w & so far so good! No ear dramas! I will give her another 4w dairy free & reintroduce dairy slowly to see if things change.

That's wonderful MissM!! I find the warmer weather helps a lot too, that might be contributing to the change a little, don't be surprised if you can get away with more dairy in her diet in the summer time, than the winter!
