i feel your pain! my DS had it as well - although his dr did say he'd most likely grow out of it & he pretty much has already. i found this thread helpful. we used moogoo, tried not to bath him every day - similar things to you. he did get it pretty badly on his face where dribble had been or on his face where he'd rubbed dribble (around an eye). some of it got so bad we went to the dr & he needed antibiotics. we were also prescribed a cream for the face which wasn't a steroid but needs the dr to call up & get an approval number.

i do always prefer the natural treatments first though.

a couple of people suggested corn flour - we never tried it but they both swore it had work for them
