Okay, the fever has gone but now she has a very mild/faint rash on her tummy and her back. She's been a bit off today, but has eaten okay. Could the rash be this bug leaving her or something else? When I took her clothes off for a shower, she had a little scratch but nothing major and it's not bothering her with clothes over it. Turns white when touched.

ETA - she did have some OJ this morning and she never drinks juice (her choice lol). She gets a rash if she has apples but this was only orange and mango.
