    Actually letting a fever "cook" the bugs is a good thing to do. When we dont medicate a fever, it is the body heating up to cook the bugs, which is a good thing. also if the temp gets too high, children will have a febrile convulsion which is also the bodies natural way of bringing down a temp. So dont feel bad xo
    I know this is an old thread but just a question on the convulsion... is it bad if they do fit??? Oskar's temp went up to 39.4 about an hour ago, back to 38.3 about half an hour ago after some panadol and sleeping in a/c room at 27 degrees.
