If it is the flu, I would have anticiapted they would give you tamiflu considering the age og your youngest. With tamiflu, the worst of the symptoms are gone within 48 hours. Other than that, do what you can to make them comfortable. Panadol and neurophen together will give a longer and better relief. Panadol works better for fevers than neurophen. I hope they improve quickly.
