    Yes it does sound like the area that is it in is causing her grief. It should not be ulcerated. I guess the nappy would rub it too. Not sure if she can wait that long but I would imagine when she is in undies it would be better (although thats some time of yet)

    Thanks everyone, I will update when I have a consult at RCH. They might recommend something else.

    Try the monash, you'll get seen sooner! I waited 9 months just to hear back about appt time at RCH,which was months later, in the mean time I contacted monash heart and was called 2 days later, I know it's obviously different department to what you need, but worth faxing referral off.

    Thanks olive, my GP said closest was RCH so thats why. But I live 50 km from the city!
