If you're really concerned you can try and wake her and if she is easy to wake and seems alert then its probably all good. If not, then I'd get her check. The other thing is making sure her pupils are reactive in the light - so large in the dark and then go small when looking in a brightly lit area. If they are, again, all is good. My DD#2 is an absolute shocker for bumps, lumps and bruises and we have tiles but she is fine and has never suffered badly from her falls. Like I said, if you are concerned, best to err on the side of caution, especially for bumps to the head![]()
