    Thanks girls. she's still croaky, i was going to wait it out and see if she was any better today, but it looks like we're off to the gp tomorrow.

    DD gets that sometimes when she has tonsillitis - she's had it twice now, the first time when she was about your DD's age. Although if she still has reflux I think sometimes that can make them hoarse.... I have no idea where I heard that... maybe I read it on the back of a matchbox or something

    Don't mention the 't' word in this house *cringe* Ds gets it all the time. But funny you should say that about the reflux- she's just come off the Zantac the last two days. hmmm...

    might be an idea to check with the GP anyway though
