How do i get some weight onto my 3 year old?

im actually taking him to the health nurse in a couple of weeks for his 3.5yo check up so i can talk to her about it then (along with a whole lot of other pressing issues).
i'm not sure what his height is, but he is quite tall and weighs about 18kg. i don't know where he is on the charts- i guess i could measure his height and work it out?

My DD is 4 1/2 and weighs in at 16kg... she is just thin.. eats alot. She is about 105cm tall give or take
