    I'd get her checked out. The temp is on the high side and her behaviour is a worry if she's lethargic.
    It's sad, i mentioned this to our Dr about Dd's temps and was told she looked fine now and to just keep up her fluids and a temp under 40 was fine aslong as we can bring it back down

    HotI hun i hope she's feeling better ASAP, if you need me at all let me know... not that i can visit but i can drop things off if needed.

    That's true though. They say that you should watch the baby, not the temp (as long as it's under 40*). Some babies can be really poorly with temps of 38* and some babies can be fine with temps of 39.5*.

    It's the lethargy I'd be worrying about.

    Hope your LO is feeling better soon. I generally find that alternating panadol and nurofen keeps a high temp down and after doing that for 2 cycles (about 1 day) she seems to recover but that could just be coincidental.
