    Hi hotl, thanks for your reply. She's 18 months and has all her teeth so it's not that.
    She hasn't bf for about 7 months. Is it sudocream you were talking about? I'll go and check if I have any, I'm only using pawpaw cause it was easy to find lol.
    I don't think she's got an intolerance to a particular food as nothing has really changed - I think she has picked up a bug but just wondered if there were foods to avoid or increase to help regulate her bowel.

    I would suggest avoiding dairy and richly flavoured food but thats based more on tummy upsets than anything else. Probably offer more starchy foods? poatatos, breads pasta etc.

    for her bum, have you ever tried the Moogoo MSN cream? we use that on just about everything here.

    Hope she is better soon.
