She is currenlty having nappy free time and the chemist is getting in zinc & castor oil cream which will arrive by midday.
It just seems that it is almost cleared and then it flares up again.that the Z&CO works, it seems like the only thing I haven't tried!

maybe also get her onto some kids probiotics to help her gut flora which inturn may help her poos
