My DD1 had it about 3 years ago.
The gp we saw told us they spread in warm water, so to avoid her showering/bathing with the other kids & sharing their water. She told me it's last anywhere from 6 - 18 months.
I think it was about 6 months here. I thought they were warts & had no idea what to do!
