DD has her second cold at the moment, she is almost 9 months old and is on day 3 of this cold. This time it is much different though. She has a very husky, wheezy cough. Not constant, but at least every hour or so. Last night she woke almost every hour until 3am because she was so blocked up. This morning when she woke she had so much dry, green snot covering her nose that her nostrils were completely blocked. I had to use a warm face washer to 'dissolve' it She just seems so much worse. Last time I went to the GP she had been sick for 3 weeks and the doctor said there was nothing they could give her and to just ride it out. But I feel so bad for her I know how awful I feel when I'm sick (because I have caught her cold now too) but I can just take cold and flu tablets. She has nothing but a vapouriser.
Does this sound like a 'normal' cold for a bub so little? What should I do?
